用不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐照蜜环菌表明,低剂量(10~80Gy)处理能提高菌丝体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性3.90%~29.40%,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量5.00%~26.30%,有刺激生长、延缓衰老的效应。高剂量(80Gy以上)处理则降低SOD酶活性29.40%~70.60%,提高MDA含量11.70%~135.40%,过氧化物酶(POD)活性提高23.10%~1534.60%,显示抑制生长、促进衰老的效应。
Irradiation of Armillaria mellea with different doses of 60Co-γ ray showed that low dose (10 ~ 80Gy) treatment increased the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in mycelia by 3.90% ~ 29.40% and decreased malondialdehyde (MDA) content of 5.00% ~ 26.30%, stimulate the growth, anti-aging effect. High-dose (over 80Gy) treatment reduced SOD activity by 29.40% -70.60%, increased MDA content by 11.70% -135.40% and peroxidase (POD) increased by 23.10% -1534 .60%, showing inhibition of growth and promote the effect of aging.
