关于加强林业经济管理问题,现在已普遍受到各级林业领导同志的重视,但有一个共同性的问题是“工作很重要,但缺乏人才”。人才从何而来?必须采取积极有效措施,加速培养才能凑效。林业经济管理人才也是多方面的,到底从何抓起?我认为首先应加速培养林业经济管理课程的师资,加强各院校林业经济教研组和各级林业科学研究所林业经济研究室的建设。现在各方面都需要加速培训林业经济管理干部。各级林业领导机构要培训领导干部,使他们学经济、学技术、学管理;各林业基
With regard to strengthening the economic management of forestry, it has now generally been valued by forestry leaders at all levels, but one common problem is that “work is important but lacking talents.” Where do human resources come from? Proactive and effective measures must be taken to accelerate training so that they can work together. In the end, what should we do? I think we should speed up the cultivation of teachers in forestry economic management courses and strengthen the construction of forestry economy research institutes at all levels and forestry economic research institutes at all levels of forestry science institutes. Now all aspects need to speed up the training of forestry economic and management cadres. Leading cadres at all levels should train leading cadres so that they can learn economics, learn technology and learn management.
