临床药学工作的核心是搞好合理用药。我院从1984年开始组建临床药学室。由于条件所限,目前尚未开展血药浓度监测等工作,但我们在合理用药方面做了如下一些有益的探索。 1 建立药学情报资料室,为临床提供咨询服务 院领导为我们订购了数十种药学杂志,购买了有关的中外文书籍。随着书刊的涨价,医院能购买的新资料已不能满足工作的需要。于是我们经常省吃俭用,拿自己的钱来购买有用的书刊。平时将书刊中有关内容摘抄写文摘卡,按药理作用和疾病系统分柜存放。现已积累这类资料二千余份。80年代我们还购进一台JHY—Ⅱ型临床用药监护仪,因此医护人员遇到用药方面的问题,便常来我室查询资料。从84年到现在我们共解答咨询千余起。咨询的内容大致有: 1.1 索取新药资料,如80年代当头孢唑啉钠的
