科学技术是巨大的生产力,重大的革命性的生产力必定成为人类经济社会发展的重要推进器。2000年前瓦特的蒸汽机推进了机械化的进程;100年前,爱迪生发明的电,带动了电气化的发展。当今计算机网络技术的普及和应用,正推动人类经济社会信息化的飞速发展。信息化工程是人类社会进步和经济发展的又一个重要平台。改革开放以来,党和国家的主要领导同志都对发展我国的信息化有过很多重要的指示。大力发展信息化,以信息化带动工业化,这是我国社会经济发展的必然趋势和重要的进程。张国云的《信息化:构筑工业化腾飞平台》,研究了信息化对工业化的重要意义及推进信息化的对策。(见第9页)
Science and technology are enormous productivity. Major and revolutionary productive forces are bound to become an important propeller of human economic and social development. Watt’s steam engine advanced the process of mechanization 2000 years ago; the electricity invented by Edison 100 years ago led to the development of electrification. The popularization and application of computer network technology are driving the rapid development of human economic and social information. Information engineering is another important platform for the progress of human society and economic development.
