研究了固溶时间对211Z热挤压变形铝合金组织结构和性能的影响,测试了该铝合金经固溶和时效处理后的抗拉强度和断后伸长率。结果表明,当固溶温度为545℃,时效工艺固定为175℃×14h时,随固溶时间的延长,合金的抗拉强度先升高后降低,断后伸长率则呈先升高再降低又升高的变化趋势。固溶处理时间为1h时,合金抗拉强度为475MPa,断后伸长率为11.83%,此时合金获得最佳综合力学性能。
The effect of solution time on the structure and properties of 211Z hot-extruded aluminum alloy was studied. The tensile strength and elongation at break of the aluminum alloy after solution treatment and aging treatment were tested. The results show that when the solution temperature is 545 ℃ and the aging process is fixed at 175 ℃ for 14h, the tensile strength of the alloy first increases then decreases and the elongation at break increases first and then decreases with the increase of solution time The trend of rising again. When the solution treatment time is 1h, the tensile strength of the alloy is 475MPa and the elongation after fracture is 11.83%. At this time, the alloy obtained the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
