对于在稳固的矿岩中掘进高度为20米以下的天井,我矿采用丁一种新的施工措施—挂梁掘进天井。其施工工艺为: 使用YSP—45凿岩机进行常规的打眼爆破,当天井高度腕2米时,随天井凿岩在距井口高1米处的井壁四角各打一深度为50—60厘米深的下向孔,插入挂桩,并用楔子加固(为减小冲击破坏,挂桩应侧装);待下一循环天井掘进时,在挂桩上挂上挂梁(每一平台使用两副挂梁),铺上板子并用活动插销使梁与板固定即可进行凿岩。当向上孔凿完后,在井壁四角距下一台挂桩孔垂高1.2米处再打挂桩孔,并安装挂桩,然后装药联线,撤去台板、挂梁至安全地带存放好
