本文采用20,45,T 7,T12四种碳钢材料,探索了碳钢膏剂法 B-V 共渗的工艺参数及钢中 C 含量对共渗温度、时间的影响,使用的是比较理想的Ⅲ膏剂配方.共渗后根据渗层显微硬度和渗层深度确定碳钢共渗工艺参数.实验表明,钢中的含 C 量对共渗工艺有明显影响.当钢中 C 含量低于或等于0.77%时宜采用940℃共渗温度和4h 共渗保温时间.当 C 含量高于0.77%时碳钢共渗温度以提高至960℃,共渗保温时间仍可保持4h.对渗层进行 X 射线分析,渗层中含有 Fe_2B,VC 和 AlV_3等相.渗层显微硬度有显著提高.本文还对碳钢 B-V 共渗机理进行了初步探讨.
In this paper, 20,45, T 7, T12 four kinds of carbon steel materials to explore the process of carbon steel paste paste BV infiltration process parameters and C content of steel on the co-infiltration temperature and time, the use of the more ideal Ⅲ paste Formula.Co-infiltration according to the microhardness of the coating and the depth of the infiltration layer to determine the carbon steel infiltration process parameters.Experiments show that the C content in the steel has a significant effect on the infiltration process.When the steel C content is less than or equal to 0.77 %, The co-permeation temperature of 940 ℃ and the co-permeation time of 4h should be adopted.When the C content is higher than 0.77%, the co-infiltration temperature of carbon steel is increased to 960 ℃ and the co-infiltration holding time can be maintained for 4h. , The infiltrated layer contains Fe 2 B, VC and AlV 3 phases, etc. The microhardness of the infiltrated layer is significantly increased.The mechanism of BV co-infiltration of carbon steel is also discussed in this paper.
