目的 了解城市、城镇、农村社区内的各类人群对AIDS/STD知识的掌握程度,评价社区开展艾滋病、性病干预效果。方法 对城市、城镇、农村社区中的各类人群进行艾滋病、性病知识宣传干预,在干预前后分两次开展抽样调查,采取匿名问卷（KABP）法。结果 医务人员对艾滋病、性病知识的知晓率已经有较高的水平,所以有的项目两次调查多项结果无显著性差异。而其他各类人群,通过健康教育干预后,相关知识有了大幅度地提高,相比而言,学生干预的力度尚待加强。结论 社区各类人群艾滋病、性病健康教育干预活动是一项行之有效的工作,它能极大的提高各类人群对艾滋病、性病知识的掌握程度,从根本上制止艾滋病在我国大范围流行的可能。社区干预工作应及时推广。
Objective To understand the mastery degree of AIDS / STD knowledge among all kinds of people in urban, urban and rural communities and to evaluate the effects of AIDS and STD intervention in the community. Methods AIDS prevention and STD dissemination were conducted for all kinds of people in urban, urban and rural communities. Sample surveys were conducted twice before and after the intervention and anonymous questionnaire (KABP) was used. Results The awareness rates of AIDS and STD among medical staff have reached a high level, so there are no significant differences in the results of some surveys between two projects. The other types of people, through health education intervention, the relevant knowledge has been greatly improved, compared to the intensity of student intervention needs to be strengthened. Conclusions Health education intervention for AIDS and STDs among all kinds of people in the community is an effective one. It can greatly improve the mastery degree of AIDS and STD among all kinds of people and stop the epidemic of AIDS in our country may. Community intervention should be promptly promoted.
