本文利用大鼠气管上皮细胞体内—体外转化模型,对绿茶提取成分—没食子酰表没食子儿茶素(epigallocatechin gallate,EGCG)。的抗突变抗转化作用进行了初步研究。结果显示,腹腔注射总剂量为300mg/kg.bw,600mg/kg.bw的EGCG可以明显抑制苯并(a)芘(benzo(a)pyrene,BP)诱导的活体大鼠气管上皮细胞转化(大鼠气管内滴注BP,25mg/ks.bw),并可抑制BP诱导的大鼠气管上皮细胞的微核形成。本研究提示了茶叶防治肿瘤的可能性。
