栝楼雌雄植株激素和多胺含量的比较

在栝楼生长发育各阶段,采用高效液相色谱技术分别对雌雄植株叶片内源激素及多胺含量进行分析。结果表明,吲哚乙酸(IAA)含量在所测定的生长发育期,雌株始终高于雄株,而脱落酸(ABA)含量雌株始终低于雄株;玉米素核苷(ZR)和赤霉素(GA1/3)含量在营养生长期雄株高于雌株,雄株进入生殖生长阶段后迅速下降,而雌株继续保持上升趋势,直至雌株进入生殖生长期后才迅速下降。雌株叶片中亚精胺(Spd)含量极显著高于雄株;精胺(Spm)含量在营养生长期雄株显著高于雌株,而在雌株进入生殖生长后雌雄株间差异不显著;腐胺(Put)含量在营养生长期雄株显著高于雌株,而在雌株进入生殖生长后雌株显著高于雄株。试验结果表明:高含量的IAA和Spd有利于栝楼雌花发育,而高含量的Put和Spm有利于雄花发育。当雌雄花盛开后,多胺均呈下降趋势,Put和Spm在雌雄株间含量差异越来越小。 In the various stages of growth and development, the endogenous hormones and polyamine contents in the leaves of the male and female plants were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the content of indoleacetic acid (IAA) was always higher than the male plant in the tested growth period, but the female plant of abscisic acid (ABA) content was always lower than the male plant; the content of zeatin riboside (ZR) and gibberellin (GA1 / 3) content in the vegetative stage of the male plant was higher than the female plant, the male plant entered the reproductive growth stage after the rapid decline, while the female plant continued to increase until the female plant into the reproductive growth stage after the rapid decline. The content of spermidine in female plants was significantly higher than that in male plants. The content of spermine (Spm) in vegetative growth stage was significantly higher than that in female plants, but no significant difference was found between female and male plants after female plants entered reproductive growth. The content of Put (Put) in the vegetative stage was significantly higher than that in the female plant, while the female plant was significantly higher than the male plant in the reproductive growth stage. The results showed that high contents of IAA and Spd were beneficial to the female flower development of Pinus bungeana, while high contents of Put and Spm were beneficial to male flower development. When the male and female flowers in full bloom, the polyamines showed a downward trend, Put and Spm in the male and female content difference between smaller and smaller.
