低分子量PPE/TAIC混合物具有最高上临界温度行为,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)线和浊点曲线在PPE的含量约为50wt%时相交.通过带有控温装置的显微镜、红外和DSC来研究PPE/TAIC混合物的相行为和固化行为.采用原子力显微镜研究PPE/TAIC混合物固化材料的相态.研究结果表明,随着PPE/TAIC混合物中PPE含量的增加,分散相PPE颗粒的大小明显地增加,另外混合物的热稳定性也随之增强.固化后的PPE/TAIC体系具有良好的耐化学药品性和耐热性.
Low molecular weight PPE / TAIC blends had the highest upper critical temperature behavior, with the glass transition temperature (Tg) and cloud point curves intersecting at a PPE content of about 50 wt% .Studies were made by microscopy, infrared and DSC with a temperature-control device Phase behavior and curing behavior of PPE / TAIC blends.The phase morphology of the cured PPE / TAIC blends was studied by atomic force microscopy.The results show that with the increase of PPE content in PPE / TAIC blends, the size of dispersed PPE particles is obviously increased In addition, the thermal stability of the mixture is also enhanced.Cured PPE / TAIC system has good chemical resistance and heat resistance.
