十二指肠球部溃疡是临床上消化道出血常见病因,其临床表现多以黑便为主,防病意识较差的患者初期多不在意,大多数患者就诊时已经有明显的贫血症状或休克症状。发病以中老年患者居多。出血量大,治疗效果差,內镜下治疗技术难度要求较高,由于部位特殊,术中操作困难,手术方法选择不当可直接影响治疗效果。下面就我院2010年1月至2015年11月所收治的65例十二指肠球部溃疡出血患者做一经验总结。

The following in our hospital from January 2010 to November 2015 were treated 65 cases of duodenal ulcer bleeding in patients with an experience summary.
