先天性颈内静脉瓣膜功能不全及儿童期频繁出现的胸腔压力增高是颈内静脉扩张症的主要诱因。为了保护扩张的颈内静脉不致破裂,用人工血管行扩张静脉段包裹术。用此法治疗先天性颈内静脉扩张症8例,随诊3年均治愈。手术要点是用人工血管对扩张的颈内静脉进行外包裹,从而避免了结扎血管,保留了该血管的通畅,用此法治疗双侧病变尤为合理。
