目的观察高压氧预防一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的疗效。方法58例一氧化碳中毒患者高压氧及药物综合治疗,50例患者用药物治疗进行对照。结果迟发性脑病治疗组发生2例,对照组发生15例。结论高压氧加药物综合治疗和充足的疗程是预防一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的关键。
Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on delayed encephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods 58 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning patients with hyperbaric oxygen and drug comprehensive treatment, 50 patients with drug treatment for control. Results Two cases occurred in the treatment group of delayed encephalopathy, and 15 cases in the control group. Conclusions The combination of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and adequate medication is the key to prevent delayed encephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning.
