文中利用Coifman和Meyer的钟函数构造理论,提出了一种改进的正交钟函数,并与Donoho正交钟函数的压缩性能进行比较。实验结果表明,采用改进正交钟函数变换后的系数更加集中在低频部分,能够提高编码增益。对于在要求压缩前后失真微小的应用场合中,利用改进的正交钟函数比Donoho正交钟函数更具有优势。
In this paper, we use the clock function construction theory of Coifman and Meyer to propose an improved orthogonal clock function and compare with the compression performance of the Donoho orthogonal clock function. The experimental results show that the coefficients transformed by the improved orthogonal clock function are more concentrated in the low-frequency part, which can improve the coding gain. It is more advantageous to use the improved quadrature clock function than the Donoho quadrature clock function in applications that require very little distortion before and after compression.
