目的:观察热毒净对表达EB病毒抗原的CNE2细胞致瘤的影响及其细胞毒作用。方法:用MTT法测定热毒净对CNE2细胞的细胞毒作用,抑瘤实验检测热毒净对CNE2细胞致瘤的影响。结果:MTT法显示在低浓度下,热毒净对体外培养的CNE2细胞生长没有明显的抑制作用,但在高浓度下,对细胞生长有抑制作用。热毒净在无细胞毒的浓度下,能抑制CNE2细胞在SCID小鼠体内所致肿瘤的生长。浓度越高,热毒净对肿瘤生长的影响越明显。结论:热毒净能抑制CNE2细胞在SCID小鼠体内的致瘤作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Tachiken on tumorigenesis of CNE2 cells expressing EB virus antigen and its cytotoxicity. Methods: MTT assay was used to determine the cytotoxic effect of Tropine on CNE2 cells. Tumor inhibition assay was used to detect the effect of Tropine on tumorigenesis of CNE2 cells. Results: MTT assay showed that, at low concentration, CRP did not significantly inhibit the growth of CNE2 cells cultured in vitro, but inhibited the growth of CNE2 cells at high concentration. Thermo-neprazole inhibits the growth of CNE2 cells in SCID-induced tumors in a non-cytotoxic concentration. The higher the concentration, the impact of net heat on tumor growth more obvious. Conclusion: TCD can inhibit the tumorigenicity of CNE2 cells in SCID mice.
