本研究以姜片虫成虫纯化抗原(PAA)(蛋白含量为10μg/ml)致敏经醛化和鞣化的人“O”型血红细胞,采用间接血凝试验(IHA)检测了69份姜片虫感染者血清和60份正常人血清,若以抗体滴度≥1:10者为阳性,则两者的阳性率分别为81.2%和6.7%(P<0.005);此外,还检测了日本血吸虫、肺吸虫、华支睾吸虫和长膜壳综虫感染者血清,其交叉反应率分别为10.0%(4/40)、12.5%(1/8)、0(0/8)和0(0/4)。结果表明,该法具有较好的敏感性和特异性。
In this study, aldehyde and tanned human “O” red blood cells were sensitized with purified antigen of adult zooxanthellae (PAA) (protein content 10μg / ml).
