欧盟对非市场经济国家实行所谓替代国制度，使我国产品在欧共体反倾销法中处于不利地位。针对欧盟对华反倾销政策的调整，中国企业应从观念上更新出口贸易战略，合理运用法律和其它手段进行有效的自我保护。
The EU implements the so-called alternative state system for non-market economy countries, putting our products at a disadvantage in the European Community’s anti-dumping law. In response to the EU’s anti-dumping policy adjustment to China, Chinese enterprises should update their export trade strategies from the concept and make effective use of laws and other means for effective self-protection.
