从光学能量平衡角度出发,对玻璃系统进行了理论分析,给出玻璃系统传热系数和遮阳系数的理论推导公式。通过理论分析和实验研究得到玻璃系统的镀(贴)膜位置和热工参数之间的关系。通过研究可知,对同一种膜而言,贴于玻璃系统的不同位置,会使得该面反射比和发射率产生变化,从而影响遮阳系数和传热系数的大小。对遮阳系数而言,越靠近室外侧面的反射比越大,遮阳系数越小;不同种类的膜,还要考虑太阳光直接透射比的影响,综合两者来判断遮阳效果的好坏。对传热系数而言,越靠近室内侧面的发射率越小,传热系数越小。同时通过研究发现贴膜对可见光透射比的影响很小。
From the perspective of optical energy balance, the glass system is theoretically analyzed, and the theoretical derivation formulas of heat transfer coefficient and shading coefficient of glass system are given. Through the theoretical analysis and experimental research, the relationship between the position of the plating film and the thermal parameters of the glass system is obtained. Through the study shows that, for the same film, affixed to the glass system at different locations, will make the surface reflectance and emissivity changes, thus affecting the shading coefficient and heat transfer coefficient size. The shading coefficient, the closer the reflectance of the outdoor side of the larger, the shading coefficient is smaller; different types of film, but also consider the direct sunlight transmittance, both to determine the sunshade effect is good or bad. For the heat transfer coefficient, the smaller the emissivity closer to the side of the room, the smaller the heat transfer coefficient. At the same time through the study found that the film on the visible light transmittance is small.
