通过4人12小时连续跑的生理实验。探讨了超长距离跑对人体生理生化指标的影响作用。在超长距离跑的过程中,运动员的心率变化平稳,血乳酸在长跑前期出现上下波动,长跑后期则平稳下降。机体血液酸碱平衡稳定,没有呼吸或代谢性酸碱失衡现象。体内血清酶活性显著增强,CPK最高值达22160U/L,而且跑后血清防恢复缓慢。
Through 4 people 12 hours of continuous running physiological experiments. The effects of long distance running on the physiological and biochemical indexes of human body were discussed. During long distance running, the heart rate of athletes changed smoothly, blood lactic acid fluctuated up and down in the first half of the long run and steadily decreased in the second half of the long run. Body blood acid-base balance and stability, there is no respiratory or metabolic acid-base imbalance. In vivo serum enzyme activity was significantly enhanced, the highest value of CPK up to 22160U / L, and serum anti-slow recovery after running.
