桃树疣皮病是我国桃树上一种新病害,主要侵害一、二年生枝条,在皮孔部位形成疣皮症状,引起流胶,致使桃树早衰。桃疣皮病菌有性阶段产生子囊壳及子囊孢子,子囊孢子大小为14.5-23.2×10.1-14.5微米;无性阶段产生分生孢子器及分生孢子,分生孢子大小为17.4-29.0×5.8-10.2微米。经鉴定,学名为Physalospora persicae ABIKO et KITAJIMA。从桃树的疣皮病患部分离到的病菌在杏汁培养基上生长最好。在24℃、40W黑光灯照射条件下,培养10天左右,即可产生大量的分生孢子。分生孢子萌发温度范围为8—40℃,适温为24—35℃。通过接种试验,病菌除侵害桃树外,尚能侵染李树。
