研究失水事故工况下燃料包壳的肿胀和破裂性能的目的是因为肿胀和破裂会堵塞一部分流道,对堆芯应急冷却系统有危害。国外对这方面做了大量工作,国内尚未开展这方面研究工作。为了完成这一课题的研究,我们设计并安装了一套爆破实验装置。6.8.1 试验条件试验样品:(1)试样的选材应为管材的最终加工状态,因此我们选用了秦山核电厂用的国产Zr-4包壳管。(2)试验样品的设计参考ASTMB353-83锆合金管材闭端爆破试验方法,最终选取尺寸为φ10mm×100mm×0.7mm锆包壳管。
The purpose of studying the swelling and rupture properties of fuel cladding under a waterlogging accident is that swelling and rupture will block a part of the flow channel and be hazardous to the core emergency cooling system. Foreign countries have done a great deal of work in this area and have not yet done any research work in this field in China. In order to complete the research of this subject, we designed and installed a set of blasting experimental device. 6.8.1 Test conditions Test samples: (1) The sample selection should be the final state of the pipe processing, so we choose the Qinshan nuclear power plant with a homemade Zr-4 cladding tube. (2) Test sample design reference ASTMB353-83 zirconium alloy tube closed end burst test method, the final size of φ10mm × 100mm × 0.7mm zirconium cladding tube.
