为观察兔经口灌注人工生物膜是否能够减退动脉粥样硬化过程,分组观察了20只新西兰兔血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、脂蛋白胆固醇及其主动脉内膜粥样斑纹情况。结果表明,人工生物膜能够明显降低实验兔血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯及极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度,显著提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度,明显减退其主动脉粥样斑纹面积。这些作用与磷脂组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01或P<0.001)。提示经口灌注人工生物膜能有效地减退兔动脉粥样硬化,调整血脂浓度以减少胆固醇在动脉壁沉积,为可能用于人类防治动脉粥样硬化提供了一些实验室依据。
To observe whether the rabbits’ oral perfusion of artificial biofilm can reduce the process of atherosclerosis, the levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, lipoprotein cholesterol and intima-atherosclerotic plaque in 20 New Zealand rabbits were observed in groups. The results showed that artificial biofilm could significantly reduce serum total cholesterol, triglyceride and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol in experimental rabbits, significantly increase the concentration of high density lipoprotein cholesterol, and significantly reduce the area of aortic atherosclerosis. There was significant difference between these effects and phospholipid group (P <0.05, P <0.01 or P <0.001). It is suggested that oral perfusion of artificial biofilm can effectively attenuate atherosclerosis in rabbits, and adjust blood lipid concentration to reduce the deposition of cholesterol in the arterial wall, providing some laboratory evidence for the possible prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis in humans.
