中国工商管理协会是近代中国研究和推广科学化管理最早和最主要的专门机构,它的设立与科学化管理思想在中国的传播、日内瓦国际科学管理协会的号召,以及时任国民政府工商部长孔祥熙的着力提倡与组织密切相关;在组织上以“期政府与工商界切实合作,而学理与事实得以兼顾”为基本原则;在事业方面主要在于研究、发表及实施改良科学管理方法。中国工商管理协会对于推动中国近代管理科学化起了积极作用。
The Chinese Association of Business Administration is the earliest and most important specialized institution for scientific research in China. Its establishment and dissemination of scientific management ideas in China, the call of the International Association for Science Management in Geneva, and the time being Minister of Commerce and Industry of the KMT Kong Hsiang-hee . It is the basic principle that “the government and the business community should cooperate with each other effectively while the academic and factual should be reconciled.” In terms of their career, they mainly study, publish and implement the methods of improving scientific management. The Chinese Association of Business Administration played a positive role in promoting the scientific management of modern China.
