车型:玛莎拉蒂。故障现象:后杠起皱、咬起。故障诊断:在新漆喷涂过程中,表面起皱或干枯皱缩。原因:1.使用不匹配的漆料(新漆中的溶剂与旧漆不匹配产生化学反应)。2.旧漆或前次修补漆的干燥不良(以前没有完全干燥)。3.旧漆或新漆的固化比例不对(固化剂加多了或加少了)。4.漆层喷涂过厚,而没有完全干燥(没有充足的闪干时间,主要是之前有老漆存在的情况下)。5.稀料使用错误(稀料分为快干、标准、慢干、超快干和超慢干)。预防:1.避免漆料不匹配。
Model: Maserati. Symptoms: rear brim wrinkles, biting. Troubleshooting: In the new paint spraying process, the surface wrinkled or dry shrinkage. Reason: 1. Use mismatch of paint (new paint does not match the solvent and the old paint chemical reaction). 2. Poor drying of old paint or previous repair paint (previously not completely dry). 3. The old paint or new paint curing ratio is not (hardener plus or less). 4. The coating is too thick to be applied, but not completely dry (without adequate flash drying time, mainly if a lacquer is present). 5. The wrong use of thinner (thinner is divided into fast drying, standard, slow dry, ultra-fast dry and ultra-slow dry). Prevention: 1. Avoid paint mismatch.
