9月10日,中材节能股份有限公司与中铁二十三局集团川东水泥有限公司在天津签署了余热发电BOOT合同。该项目利用中铁川水熟料生产线烟气余热,建设一座装机4.5MW的余热电站,是国家大力推广的节能、降耗、环保、增效项目。项目建成后,预计年发电2500多万度,节煤10000吨,减排二氧化碳25000多吨,具有良好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。中材节能张奇董事长、中铁川水董事长吕保华分别代表双方在合同上签字。
September 10, Sinoma Energy Saving Co., Ltd. and China Railway 23 Bureau Group East China Cement Co., Ltd. signed in Tianjin, Tianjin BOOT contract for waste heat power generation. The project uses the residual heat of flue gas from the production line of China Railway Grou- tration Clinker to build a 4.5MW waste heat power station, which is a project of energy conservation, consumption reduction, environmental protection and efficiency promoted by the country. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that more than 25 million kWh of electricity will be generated annually, 10,000 tons of coal will be saved, and over 25,000 tons of carbon dioxide will be reduced. The project has good economic, environmental and social benefits. Zhang Qi, chairman of Sinoma Energy Conservation Co., Ltd. and Lv Baohua, chairman of CRECC, respectively signed the contract on behalf of both parties.
