目的研究无痛人流术采取全程超导可视模式对手术出血及术后月经恢复情况的影响。方法对洛阳市第六人民医院2014年1月至2014年12月妇产科就诊的416例终止妊娠者做回顾性分析,分别为观察组211例与对照组205例。观察组实施全程超导可视无痛人工流产术,对照组进行普通人工流产术。比较两组术中出血量、手术时间以及吸管进入宫腔次数,术后阴道流血时间、月经恢复时间、宫内残余组织情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间以及吸管进入宫腔次数分别为(11.8±6.7)ml、(3.7±1.5)min、(1.8±0.4)次,显著少于对照组(17.0±5.2)ml、(4.8±1.9)min、(2.6±1.2)次(P<0.05);观察组术后阴道流血时间、月经恢复时间及宫内有残余组织例数分别为(4.5±1.3)d、(32.7±5.5)d、4例,均少于对照组(6.2±2.0)d、(38.2±6.2)d、13例;观察组发生漏吸、子宫穿孔、月经过少的发生率分别为0.0、1.4%、3.3%,均显著低于对照组2.0%、4.9%、7.8%(P<0.05)。结论采用全程超导可视无痛人流术,可减少患者术中出血量,缩短月经恢复时间,提升手术质量,具备临床推广价值。
Objective To study the effect of painless abortion on the surgical hemorrhage and postoperative menstrual recovery by using the whole superconducting visual mode. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 416 cases of termination of pregnancy in obstetrics and gynecology department of the Sixth People’s Hospital of Luoyang from January 2014 to December 2014, which were 211 cases in observation group and 205 cases in control group respectively. Observation group implementation of the entire superconducting visual painless abortion, the control group for general artificial abortion. The intraoperative blood loss, operation time and the number of straw into the uterine cavity, postoperative vaginal bleeding time, menstruation recovery time, intrauterine residual tissue condition and complication rate were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss, operation time and number of intrauterine instillation in the observation group were (11.8 ± 6.7) ml and (3.7 ± 1.5) min and (1.8 ± 0.4) times, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (17.0 ± 5.2) ml , (4.8 ± 1.9) min and (2.6 ± 1.2) times respectively (P <0.05). The postoperative vaginal bleeding time, menstruation recovery time and intrauterine residual tissue number in the observation group were (4.5 ± 1.3) days and ± 5.5) d, 4 cases were less than the control group (6.2 ± 2.0) d, (38.2 ± 6.2) d, 13 cases; the incidence of leakage in the observation group, uterine perforation and menorrhagia rates were 0.0,1.4 %, 3.3%, respectively, were significantly lower than the control group 2.0%, 4.9%, 7.8% (P <0.05). Conclusion Through the whole superconducting visual painless abortion can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, shorten the recovery time of menstruation, improve the quality of surgery, with clinical value.
