覆土厚度对矿区复垦土壤呼吸昼夜变化的影响

覆土厚度对煤矸石充填复垦地表土中生物的活动具有重要影响.基于土壤呼吸速率在表征植物根呼吸和微生物活动方面的重要性,选择安徽省淮南市某煤矿塌陷生态修复区为研究对象,按照覆土厚度将研究区分为4类监测区:A区(20~40cm),B区(40~60cm),C区(60~100cm)和D区(大于100cm),分别测定其土壤呼吸速率、地表与土层(5cm和35cm)温度,以研究复垦土壤呼吸速率昼夜变化及其温度敏感性,为煤矸石充填复垦工程的表土厚度设计和土壤熟化技术应用提供理论依据.结果表明:土壤呼吸速率曲线均呈单峰形态分布,最低值为-0.08μmol/(m~2·s),最高值为9.22μmol/(m~2·s);煤矸石充填复垦土壤呼吸速率不随覆土厚度变化出现明显的规律性,土壤呼吸速率昼夜均值大小顺序为:C>B>D>A.A监测区土壤呼吸速率一直处于较低值,D监测区土壤呼吸速率上午快速增加,但下午14:00以后下降的速度明显快于其它3类监测区.60~100cm是研究区最有利于土壤生物活动的覆土厚度.不同覆土厚度监测区土壤呼吸速率与地表温度、5cm和35cm土层温度均存在指数型函数关系,相关系数在0.728 1~0.899 2之间,为极显著相关(P<0.01).A监测区土壤呼吸速率对温度的敏感性大于其它3类监测区. The soil respiration rate in the monitoring area was always at a low level. The soil respiration rate in D monitoring area increased rapidly in the morning, but after 14:00 Decreased significantly faster than it 3 monitoring area.60 ~ 100cm is the cover soil thickness which is the most favorable for soil biological activity in the study area.Earth-soil respiration rate and surface temperature, 5cm and 35cm soil temperature in different soil thickness monitoring area have exponential function, the correlation coefficient is 0.728 1 ~ 0.899 2 (P <0.01), and the sensitivity of soil respiration rate to temperature in A monitoring area was greater than that in the other three monitoring areas.
