本文叙述了合金钢离子软氮化的机理和特点。通过对40Cr、3 Cr2W8 V钢离子软氮化工艺试验结果分析表明,40Cr、3 Cr2W 8 V等合金钢施行离子软氮化能获得比离子氮化更为显著的效果。合金钢零件经过适当的离子氮化后,可获得比固体、液体、气体氮化更为优越的性能,这是不容置疑的事实。但目前施行的合金钢的离子氮化的保温时间通常是8小时左右,这仍然较长。渗层的硬化效果也希望能进一步提高。这不仅是工艺本身的要求,也是充分发挥离子氮化设备的作用,寻求更明显的经济效果的工艺方法的需要。根据气体软氮化采用氮、碳气氛,实行氮碳共渗可以缩短保温时间,提高硬化效果的实践,笔者对40Cr、3 Cr2W8V钢进行了离子软氮化工艺试验。试验表明,离子软氮化是提高40Cr、3 Cr2W8V等合金钢表面氮化效果的更经济、更有效的工艺方法。
This paper describes the mechanism and characteristics of soft nitriding of alloy steel. The results of the test on the soft nitriding of 40Cr and 3 Cr2W8 V steel show that the effect of ion nitriding is more significant than the ion nitriding on the 40Cr and 3 Cr2W 8 V alloy steels. After the proper nitriding of the alloy steel parts, it is an indisputable fact that they can obtain more superior performance than solid, liquid and gas nitriding. However, the current implementation of the ionic nitriding of steel insulation is usually about 8 hours, which is still longer. Seepage hardening effect also hope to further improve. This is not only the requirement of the process itself, but also the need to give full play to the role of ion nitriding equipment and to seek a more obvious economic effect of the process. According to the soft nitrogen nitriding using nitrogen, carbon atmosphere, the implementation of nitrocarburizing can shorten the holding time, to enhance the hardening effect of the practice of the 40Cr, 3 Cr2W8V ION soft nitriding process. Experiments show that ion nitrocarburizing is to improve the surface of the 40Cr, 3 Cr2W8V and other nitride steel effect more economical and effective process.
