本文将在喉显微手术中采用声门上低频喷射通气30例与经口腔气管插管高频喷射通气80例的心电图、心血管指标和血气变化进行对比研究,结果表明声门上低频喷射通气具有省略气管插管步骤、缩短麻醉和手术时间、术中无缺氧及二氧化碳蓄积、无严重循环干扰、且不妨碍手术操作等优点。此法为喉显微手术提供了一种新的通气途径。
