以欧美杨107为试材,在进行硫酸盐法制浆后,采用木聚糖酶进行预漂白试验,探讨通过对杨木浆木聚糖酶漂白时酶用量、温度、处理时间、pH值以及浆浓的筛选,摸索出其漂白的适宜条件。结果表明:(1)木聚糖酶可以影响杨木浆的卡伯值和粘度;(2)木聚糖酶对杨木硫酸盐浆处理的最佳条件是酶用量为5 wU.g-1、温度为50℃、时间为90 min、pH为6.0和浆浓为8%。(3)酶用量和pH值对卡伯值和粘度的影响比其它因子大。
The experiment was carried out by pre-bleaching with xylanase after pulping with kraft pulp by using Eucommia Yang 107 as test material. The effects of enzyme dosage, temperature, treatment time, pH, Thick screening, to explore the appropriate conditions for its bleaching. The results showed that: (1) xylanase could affect the kappa number and viscosity of poplar wood pulp; (2) The optimum conditions for the xylanase treatment of poplar kraft pulp were enzyme dosage of 5 wU.g-1 , Temperature 50 ° C, time 90 min, pH 6.0 and pulp consistency 8%.
