The Lulin Reservoir is a man-made lake dominated by water supply and with scenic sightseeing. The total storage capacity is 1.126 million cubic meters. The dam is a masonry gravity dam with a crest length of 112 meters, an elevation of 993 meters and a maximum dam height of 33.80 meters. The project was completed in 55 years. The dam consists of block-filled mortar, loess and lime, with large voids and serious water leakage.
