在结晶器铸铜合金中添加能析出第二相质点的元素,与添加固溶型元素相比较能明显提高其高温抗蠕变性能。通过蠕变试验和导电率的测定,认为含0.4%~0.9%Cr的铜合金是铸铜结晶器中一种优良的金属材料。
Adding the element which can separate the second phase particles in the mold copper alloy can obviously improve its high temperature creep resistance compared with adding solid solution elements. Through the creep test and the determination of conductivity, it is considered that the copper alloy containing 0.4% ~ 0.9% Cr is an excellent metal material in the copper mold.
