从20世纪80年代起计算机开始被应用于边防检查工作,边防检查的工作模式就发生了巨大的变化。本文从边检机关技术人才管理研究的意义,存在问题,及改进思考三个部分进行分析论述。以期为边检机关管理、使用技术人才,合理开发边检机关技术人才的巨大潜能提供有益参考;也为被招录进边检机关的后备技术人员提供合理的职业期望。
Since the beginning of the 1980s when computers were applied to frontier inspection, there has been a tremendous change in the mode of border inspection. This article analyzes and discusses the significance, existing problems and improvement thinking of border control agencies’ Talent Management. With a view to providing a useful reference for the management of the border inspection authorities, the use of technical personnel and the reasonable development potential of the technical personnel of the border inspection authorities; and also provide reasonable career expectations for reserve technicians recruited into the border inspection authorities.
