动植物检疫专业是国家近几年新兴起的特设专业,主要培养素质较高的应用型人才。因此如何合理地规划人才培养目标,正确地制订培养方案,以及完善教学体系,使专业建设能与社会需求接轨,真正培养出目前国家和企业亟需的高素质专业型人才,就显得尤其重要。笔者以沈阳农业大学动植物检疫专业为基础,分析了该专业的构建方案与培养特色,以便于为其他高校动植物检疫专业高素质人才的培养提供借鉴与参考。 The specialty of animal and plant quarantine is a newly-established ad hoc specialty in the country in recent years, mainly cultivating high-quality applied talents. Therefore, it is particularly important how to rationally plan the goal of personnel training, formulate training programs correctly, and improve the teaching system, so that professional construction can meet the needs of the society and truly cultivate the highly qualified and professional talents urgently needed by our country and enterprises. Based on the animal and plant quarantine specialty of Shenyang Agricultural University, the author analyzes the construction scheme and training features of the specialty so as to provide reference for the cultivation of qualified personnel of animal and plant quarantine in other colleges and universities.
