生态法益作为一种新的法益,亟需刑法对其加以保护,通过完善刑事立法,优化刑事法律机制,以及加强司法保护来保护脆弱的生态法益。
As a new law benefit, ecological benefit needs the protection of criminal law urgently, protect the vulnerable ecological benefit through perfecting criminal legislation, optimizing criminal legal system and strengthening judicial protection.
