对迁钢1号高炉出铁时间缩短的治理实践进行了总结。认为炮泥的烧结性能和抗渣性能不能适应实际生产情况,以及高炉实际安全容铁量和炉芯温度的降低,是造成出铁时间缩短的主要原因。通过采取铁口维护、改善炉内操作等措施后,出铁情况得到明显改善,保证了高炉的稳定顺行。
The practice of reducing the tapping time of the No.1 blast furnace of Qiangyang Iron and Steel Company is summarized. It is considered that the sinter sinter performance and slag resistance can not meet the actual production situation, and the actual safe capacity of blast furnace and the decrease of furnace temperature are the main reasons for the shortening of tapping time. By taking the iron mouth maintenance, improve the furnace operation and other measures, the tapping situation has been significantly improved to ensure the smooth and forward blast furnace.
