The powers have seized China’s territory, plundered the wealth of China and massacred the Chinese people. In order to facilitate the rule of the Chinese people and control public opinion, the powers also adopted various methods to monopolize and control China’s press and publication. This article starts with the historical facts that the Russian and Japanese imperialists took control of the press and publication industry in northeast China and learned about the cultural aggression of the powers from the northeast.
