可编程序控制器(Programmable Controller)简称PC,是近年来发展极为迅速、应用面越来越广泛的工业控制装置。它不仅可以取代以继电器、控制盘为主的顺序控制器,而且正在广泛地应用于大规模的生产过程控制。PC是以微处理器为核心的用作数字控制的专用计算机。国外有人预言,今后的自动化领域中,作为加工业自动化的三大支持(工业机器人、数控机床、PC)之一的PC技术将跃居领导地位。在西欧和美国,PC的年增长率均为25~30%,而日本竞达30~40%,而且几年来始终保持这一势头。在我国,近年来一些重大工程项目,如宝钢、武钢等也已引进并开始应用PC,均取得了显著的经济效益。而且,国内研制的PC亦开始广泛应用于各个工业领域。如何借鉴国外先进技术,利用电子技术武装传统产业,逐步实现技术进步,这是促进我国国民经济各个部门自动化的当务之急。为了更好地消化和应用已经引进的先进的国外PC装置,并在此基础上推出更多的适应国内传统工业改造所需要的PC,本刊特请在这方面有丰富实践经验的天津电气传动设计研究所罗信才工程师,以中小型PC为主、系列介绍PC的基本知识及其应用,从而使读者对PC的特性和功用以及在实际应用中如何选用它们有一个进一步的了解。此讲座的主要内容如下: 第一讲可编程序控制器概述第四讲用户程序编制举例第二讲可编程序控制器硬件简介第五讲PC的应用第三讲可编程序控制器的编程1.控制系统设计考虑1.编程命令及其功用简介2.系统设计和程序编制示例2.各类命令语句的用法及特点3.PC的发展应用简况及PC性能选摘一览表我们希望这一组文章,能起到抛砖引玉作用,对我国传统工业的技术改造有所裨益。欢迎广大读者能及时将宝贵意见提供给本刊,以便我们改进工作,将“技术讲座”这一栏目共同办好。
Programmable Controller (Programmable Controller) referred to as PC, is the rapid development in recent years, more and more widely used industrial control devices.
