基于农田残膜回收作业以及资源化再利用,在农田残膜回收作业质量指标体系设计中提出田间碎屑滞留量、有效回收物清洁率的概念,结合残膜收净率,提出3个约束指标以促进残膜回收机具技术进步和作业质量的提高,探索残膜回收作业质量的考核方式。田间检测结果证明,地膜厚度是影响收净率和有效回收物清洁率的因子,膜厚对碎屑滞留量影响不大,碎屑滞留量与耐候期、回收时地膜的完整程度有关。
Based on the reclamation of farmland residual film and its reuse, the concept of residual quantity of debris in the field and cleaning rate of effective reclaimed material was put forward in the design of quality index system of residual reclamation of farmland.
