胸膜间皮瘤的X线表现近年来报告较多,对其X线征象及临床表现认识已逐步提高,但对多浆膜腔间皮瘤病例,近来未见报道,临床认识不足,常至晚期及病理学证实后方可诊断,致延误患者治疗。本文报告一例多浆膜腔(心包膜、胸膜)间皮瘤患者X线及临床表现及一例胸膜间皮瘤心包转移的病例。 例1,女性,18岁,教师。患者以“左侧胸闷11个月,心悸,下肢水肿50天”为主诉入院。11个月前即感左侧胸闷伴上腹胀、烧心。外院B超示“多发胆囊结石”,胸透示“左侧胸膜炎”,抗痨治疗8个月无缓解,又照X线片

The patient was admitted to the hospital with “left chest tightness for 11 months, palpitations, and edema of the lower limbs for 50 days.” 11 months ago the left chest tightness was accompanied by bloating and heartburn. The B-ultrasound of the outer hospital showed “multiple gallstones”, and chest X-ray showed “left pleurisy”. There was no remission after 8 months of antispasmodic treatment and X-rays were also taken.
