目的研究木棘软珊瑚Dendrophthyasp.的化学成分。方法利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS和HPLC等方法对化学成分进行分离纯化;根据波谱数据与文献对照鉴定化合物结构。结果从木棘软珊瑚Dendrophthyasp.的甲醇提取物中分离鉴定了12个化合物:胆甾-1,4,22-三烯-3-酮(1)、24-亚甲基-胆甾-1,4,22-三烯-3-酮(2)、胆甾-1,4-二烯-3-酮(3)、胆甾醇(4)、胆甾-5,22-二烯-3β-醇(5)、麦角甾-5,24(28)-二烯-3β-醇(6)、尿嘧啶(7)、胸腺嘧啶(8)、尿嘧啶-2’-脱氧核苷(9)、胸腺嘧啶-2’-脱氧核苷(10)、胸腺嘧啶核苷(11)、咖啡因(12)。结论化合物1~12均为首次从该种软珊瑚中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Dendrophthyasp. Methods The chemical constituents were separated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral data and literature comparison. Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified from the methanolic extract of Dendrophthyasp.: Cholesta-1,4,22-trien-3-one (1), 24-methylene-cholesta- (2), Cholesta-1,4-dien-3-one (3), Cholesterol (4), Cholesta-5,22-dien-3β-ol (6), uracil (7), thymine (8), uracil-2’-deoxynucleoside (9), thymus Pyrimidine-2’-deoxynucleoside (10), thymidine (11), caffeine (12). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 12 were isolated from the soft corals for the first time.
