针对分度凸轮机构间歇传动的特点,提出了传动函数的构造方法,推导了加速度连续的传动函数。提出了基于ADAMS的传动函数验证方法,利用构造的传动函数建立了平行分度凸轮机构的模型,通过仿真测试验证了理论推导的正确性。
Aiming at the characteristics of intermittent drive of indexing cam mechanism, the construction method of transmission function is put forward and the transmission function with continuous acceleration is deduced. Proposed a transmission function verification method based on ADAMS, established a model of parallel indexing cam mechanism by using the constructed transmission function, and verified the correctness of the theoretical derivation through simulation test.
