目的探讨CT血管造影(CT angiography,CTA)及超声在诊断主动脉弓畸形中的价值。方法回顾性分析经手术组织病理证实的22例主动脉弓畸形患者超声及CTA声像资料。结果超声诊断主动脉弓畸形符合率72.7%(16/22),合并心内畸形的符合率为96.9%(28/29);CTA诊断主动脉弓畸形符合率100%(22/22),合并心内外畸形的符合率为79.3%(23/29);CTA诊断主动脉弓畸形的符合率高于超声(χ2=6.345,P=0.014),诊断合并心内外畸形的符合率低于超声(χ2=5.231,P=0.016)。结论 CTA对主动脉弓畸形的诊断准确率高于超声检查,但对合并心内外异常结构的诊断不如超声。
Objective To investigate the value of CT angiography (CTA) and ultrasonography in the diagnosis of aortic arch deformity. Methods Twenty-two patients with aortic arch deformity confirmed by surgery and histopathology were retrospectively analyzed by ultrasound and CTA. Results The coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis of aortic arch deformity was 72.7% (16/22), and the coincidence rate of intracardiac deformity was 96.9% (28/29). The coincidence rate of CTA in diagnosing aortic arch deformity was 100% (22/22) The coincidence rate was 79.3% (23/29). The coincidence rate of CTA diagnosis of aortic arch deformity was higher than that of ultrasound (χ2 = 6.345, P = 0.014). The coincidence rate of diagnosis of intracardiac deformity was lower than that of ultrasound (χ2 = 5.231, ). Conclusions The accuracy of CTA in the diagnosis of aortic arch deformity is higher than that of ultrasonography, but it is not as good as ultrasound in the diagnosis of abnormal cardiac and cardiac structures.
