针对不同固含量的污泥在可溶性化学需氧量SCOD、pH,以及上清液中多糖、TN、TP、TSS、VSS含量的变化,研究了电化学预处理污泥的细胞分解效果以及污泥性质的改变.结果表明,优化的电化学操作参数是电压为10V、极板间距为6 cm、电解时间为60 min.在此条件下,SCOD、pH和氮、磷、多糖的含量都有所增加.固体(TS)的质量分数为1.7%的污泥其上清液中SCOD最大达到1 115 g/L,电解30 min后多糖的质量浓度达到最大290.4 mg/L;经电解后TN和TP的质量浓度分别提高到15.57 mg/L和37.01 mg/L;电化学处理VSS去除率为7.1%.均比TS的质量分数为2.7%和3.7%时的污泥电化学处理效果好.“,”The effects of the sludge decomposition and change of the sludge characters were studied in different indexes of soluble COD (SCOD),pH,and polysaccharides,TN,and TP in the supernatant.The results showed that theoptimum operating parameters were voltage at 10 V,plate spacing at 6 cm,and electrolysis time at 60 min in electrochemical system.Under this condition,SCOD,pH,and contents ofTN,TP,and polysaccharide in the supernatant were increased during the electrolysis process.The SCOD in supemate reached the maximum value of 1 115 g/L for sludge with mass fraction of TS was 1.7 %.After an electrolysis for 30 min,the concentration ofpolysaccharide reached 290.4 mg/1,;The mass concentrations of TN and TP raised to 15.57 mg/L and 37.01 mg/L,respectively.The removal rate of VSS was 7.1%,which was much better in treatment efficiency than that of the electrochemistry when mass fraction of TS in sludge were either 2.7 % or 3.7%.
