目的为探讨不同时期非小细胞肺癌患者CD8+ T细胞Th1/Th2类细胞因子的变化及其Spearman秩相关关系。方法将随机抽取的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者各35例,对其 CD8+ T细胞及其分泌的Th1类细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-2和Th2类细胞因子IL-4的变化进行流式细胞术检查并进行Spearman分析。结果 (1)与Ⅰ、Ⅱ期非小细胞肺癌相比,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌 CD8+ T细胞表达Th1类细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-2占CD8+ T细胞的百分比下降,表达Th2类细胞因子 IL-4占CD8+ T细胞的百分比升高(P值均<0.01)。(2)经Spearman相关分析发现肺癌的分期与 CD8+ T细胞及其表达Th1类细胞因子呈负相关(rs=-0.5124、-0.4862、-0.4327)。而与Th2类细胞因子呈正相关,(rs=0.5056)。结论晚期非小细胞肺癌患者Th1/Th2类细胞免疫功能失平衡, Th1类细胞免疫功能下降。
Objective To investigate the changes of Th1 / Th2 cytokines and their Spearman rank correlations in CD8 + T cells of non-small cell lung cancer patients at different stages. Methods Thirty-five patients with stage I, II, III, and IV NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups: one is CD8 + T cells, the other is Th1 cytokines IFN-γ, IL-2 and Th2 cytokines IL-4 The changes were analyzed by flow cytometry and Spearman analysis. Results (1) Compared with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ non-small cell lung cancer, CD8 + T cells of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ expressed Th1 cytokine IFN-γ, the percentage of IL-2 in CD8 + T cells decreased, The percentage of cytokines IL-4 in CD8 + T cells increased (P <0.01). (2) The Spearman correlation analysis showed that the staging of lung cancer was negatively correlated with the expression of Th1 cytokines and CD8 + T cells (rs = -0.5124, -0.4862, -0.4327). But positively correlated with Th2 cytokines (rs = 0.5056). Conclusion The immune function of Th1 / Th2 cells in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer is unbalanced, and the immune function of Th1 cells is decreased.
