本文介绍了柴油机水下排气冷却消音器的结构方案,分析了其工作条件和可能的失效形式。从抗蚀性、允许海水流速、力学性能、传热效率、工艺性及成本几方面对可能选择的三种材料(Cu-Ni合金、抗海水腐蚀不锈钢、钛及钛合金)进行了分析比较,提出了冷却消音器的初步选材方案。本文对热海水腐蚀工况下的材料选择具有一定参考意义。 This paper introduces the structure of the diesel engine exhaust muffler cooling system, analysis of its working conditions and possible failure forms. The possible choice of three materials (Cu-Ni alloy, seawater corrosion resistant stainless steel, titanium and titanium alloy) were analyzed and compared in terms of corrosion resistance, seawater flow rate, mechanical properties, heat transfer efficiency, processability and cost. Proposed cooling muffler preliminary selection program. This paper has certain reference value for the material selection under hot seawater corrosion conditions.
