目的应用呼吸机机械通气治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭。方法对43例呼吸衰竭患儿给予机械通气,遵循一定的小儿机械通气原则,根据具体疾病的特点和病情变化选择合适的通气模式和参数。结果43例患儿32例成活,死亡3例,放弃8例。结论熟练掌握小儿机械通气的肺相关力学知识、通气模式和参数调节的相关原则,遵守临床应用常规,及时和正确使用机械通气,能显著提高呼吸衰竭小儿的抢救成功率。
Objective To apply ventilator mechanical ventilation to treat neonatal respiratory failure. Methods 43 cases of respiratory failure in children given mechanical ventilation, follow the principle of certain mechanical ventilation in children, according to the specific characteristics of the disease and condition changes select the appropriate ventilation modes and parameters. Results 32 cases of 43 children survived, 3 died, giving up 8 cases. Conclusions Proficiency in mechanical ventilation related to pulmonary mechanics knowledge, ventilation mode and parameter adjustment of the principle of compliance with clinical practice, timely and proper use of mechanical ventilation, can significantly improve the success rate of resuscitation in children with respiratory failure.
