研究了Q235钢在机械能辅助渗铝后渗层的显微形貌和性能。结果表明,当渗铝温度较高、时间较长时表面致密度较高。渗层主要由Fe2Al5相组成,其硬度较高,耐摩擦磨损性能较好。同时,渗铝层还具有良好的抗氧化性能和耐腐蚀性能。
The microstructure and properties of Q235 steel after mechanically aluminized aluminum coating were studied. The results show that when the aluminizing temperature is higher, the surface density is higher when the time is longer. The infiltration layer is mainly composed of Fe2Al5 phase, which has higher hardness and better friction and wear resistance. At the same time, aluminized layer also has good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
