Since the signing of the “China-US Air Services Agreement” in 2004, the issue of the right to navigation between China and the United States has always been a hot topic in the industry. Shortly before the second Sino-US Strategic Economic Dialogue, the new space rights agreement signed by the U.S. and U.S. air transport authorities Once again aroused widespread concern. The new agreement stipulates that in the five years from 2007 to 2012, the passenger transport capacity of both China and the United States in the United States to the eastern part of China will gradually increase to 70 b / d, which is equivalent to the daily number of flights from the United States to China by 2012 Double this year on the basis that the number of daily flights between U.S. airlines to and from China and the United States will increase from the current 10 to 23. In the meantime, the direct air transport market in central China (Anhui, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Henan and Shanxi) to the United States will be completely open. Chinese airlines also have unrestricted access to this market.
